GED to see Big Changes in 2014

If you're planning to get your GED, you might want to do that pretty soon.

The test will be seeing major changes come January 2014, including a higher price tag and more difficult curriculum.

"Anyone who has taken the test and not passed all portions really needs to take the remainder of the test by December 2013," said Linda Watson, the director of adult education at Wallace Community College.  "After 2013, those tests will expire and they will have to start over."

If you get your GED before 2014, it will still be valid after the test is changed.
