Miss Shawna Kay Ward Thomas, age 20, a resident of Dothan died Sunday November 4, 2012 at her residence following an extended illness.
Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday November 7, 2012 at the Harpers Joy Assembly of God Church with Brother Eddie Littlefield officiating and Kendall Glover of Glover Funeral Home directing.
The family will be receiving friends from 3:30 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Harpers Joy Assembly of God Church, 1509 Harpers Joy Rd., Dothan, AL. 36301.
Shawna was born on October 19, 1992 in Dothan the daughter of the late Jane Ward and Elijah Thomas. She was a 2012 graduate of Northview High School and attended Harpers Joy Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jane Ward in 2003.
Survivors include: sister, Marie Bilbo, Dothan; father, Elijah Thomas, Graceville, FL.; step-father, James Bilbo, Dothan; three nieces, Joslyn Bilbo, Dothan; Carlin Bilbo, Dothan; Shiy Bilbo Pittman, Dothan; very special uncle, Billy Joe Ward, Dothan.
