Margie Hughes, a resident of Gordon, died Thursday, November 1, 2012. She was 88.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P. M. Saturday, November 3, 2012 from the Chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Eddie Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 5 until 7 P. M. Flowers will be accepted.
Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Alto Hughes.
She is survived by her daughter; Peggy Johnson and her husband, Roy of Wetumpka, AL and her son; Eddie Hughes and his wife Karen of Atlanta, GA; One brother James Parrish of Winter Haven, FL; 6 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren
