Lindsay Brown Was Arrested for Second Degree Possession of a Forged Instrument

On October 31, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent investigation. Police say Lindsay Brown Junior was arrested after the investigation revealed he illegally deposited several checks belonging to someone else into his account for personal gain.

Lindsay Brown Junior, black male, 51 years of age, of East Main Street was arrested and charged with Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
