Rex Sandor Day

Rex Sandor Day, a resident of Dothan, died Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Flowers Hospital. He was 68.
Funeral services for Mr. Day will be held at 11 AM Thursday, November 1, 2012 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage Funeral Home with Reverend Ricky Plummer officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 10 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow in Memory Hill cemetery with Southern Heritage directing.
Mr. Day is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Patricia Day; father, Bower Day, and two brothers, Ray Day and David Day.
Mr. Day is survived by his mother, Rosie Day, Indiana; daughters, Debra Mauldin, Dothan, Michelle Jean Stafford and Marcella Jo Mardella-Shepherd, both of Indiana; son, Michael Rex Day, Indiana; brothers, Myran "Bud" Day and Robin Day, both of Indiana; sister, Sianna Deeds, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; special friend, Becky McCray, Dothan.
