Jay Randall Chitwood passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Medical Center Enterprise. He was 50.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Level Plains Fire Dept., 1708 Joe Bruer Road, Daleville, AL 36322.
Mr. Chitwood was preceded in death by his parents, William H. and Delores R. Chitwood.
Survivors include his son, Drew Randall Chitwood, Phenix City, AL; 4 sisters, Ann and Tammy of Kentucky, Regina Redd (Carroll), Enterprise, AL, Margaret Chitwood, Daleville, AL; one brother, David Chitwood (Selena), Level Plains, AL.
