Randy Grubbs Was Arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance

On October 20, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a report of a possible prowler in the 300 block of Beulah Street. Upon arrival, police located Randy Grubbs lying in the weeds behind a residence. Grubbs was detained for a brief investigation of the circumstances during which time police discovered he was in possession of marijuana and acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate. Grubbs was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Randy Grubbs, black male, 31 years of age, of Shorterville, Alabama was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
