AUBURN, Alabama -- Tre Mason is a soft-spoken, team-first kid, quick to praise his fullback, the offensive line, the receivers and anybody else that pops into his mind as soon as he's asked about any success he's had this season.

He'd probably throw some credit to the person who made his shoelaces if given the chance.

But Mason hasn't been shy about wanting the ball in crunch time. Over the course of Auburn's four-game losing streak, Mason has gotten only 10 carries combined in the fourth quarter, an average of 2.5 per game.
