Carole Ann Dunford

Carole Ann Dunford, a resident of Abbeville, died early Tuesday afternoon, October 16, 2012 in the Henry County Health & Rehabilitation Facility.  She was 67.

            There are no memorial services planned. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

            Mrs. Dunford, daughter of the late Frederick Lawrence Ruthman and Helen Cullen Ruthman, was a native of Long Island, New York. She formerly lived in Orlando, Florida,  before moving to Abbeville in 2008. She was of the Catholic faith.

            Surviving relatives include her partner for life, Wesley Payton (Butch) Dunford, Jr., Abbeville; her daughter, Patricia Ann Richardson, Midland, VA; her son, Joseph Misilewich and wife, Jennifer, Norwich, NY; sister, Ethel R. Wood and husband, Steven, Abbeville; five grandchildren, Alex Richardson, Sydney Richardson, Billy Misilewich, Nick Misilewich, Alyssa Misilewich; two great-grandchildren, Kai-Li Richardson and Gabe Richardson; a niece, Veronica Fuqua and husband, Jesse; two nephews, Douglas Wood and David Wood and wife, Deanna.
