Janice Madge Thompson Moore of Bellwood, AL, passed away Monday, October 8, 2012 at her residence. She was 71.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 10, at 3:00 PM in Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cliff Quincey officiating. Burial will follow at Providence Cemetery in Clayhatchee, with Sorrells Funeral Homes directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, one hour prior to service time.
Mrs. Moore was born October 12, 1940, to the late Thomas and Rosie Lee Rushing Thompson, in Hartford, AL. She was a member of the Bellwood Baptist Church for many years. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother, who was loved by many and will be missed.
Survivors include two sons, Gregory and Travis Sidney Moore, both of Bellwood; one sister, Judy Walton, Montgomery, AL., six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
