Mrs. Aline Vernell Brannon of Slocomb passed away
Saturday, October 6, at Signature Heath Care of North Florida in
Graceville. She was
95.
Funeral
services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2012 in Sorrells
Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow
in Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb
directing.
The family
will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6:00 until 8:00
p.m.
Mrs. Brannon
was born on January 18, 1917 in Dale County, AL to the late Charlie Walker
Creamer and Nancy Jane Gilley Creamer.She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.She loved to fish, cook for her family and
enjoyed getting together for family
meals.
She was
preceded in death by the father of her children:Bill Mauldin; second husband:J. C. Brannon; two daughters:Nancy E. Danley, Sally Carl; a son:Gerald Mauldin; grandson:Frank Mauldin; four brothers and two
sisters.
Survivors
include one son:E. J. Mauldin (Betty)
of Highland Home, AL; two daughters:Sara Parker and Mary Ann Sawyer both of Slocomb; a brother:Bill Creamer of Eustes, FL; a sister:Mildred Cannon of Umatilla, FL; 18
grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; several
nieces and nephews.
