Mattie Lou Metcalf Willis Dworaczyk, a resident of Pinckard, AL died Tuesday, October 2, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was 82.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P. M. Saturday, October 6, 2012 from the chapel of Ward Wilson funeral home with pastor Lyle Peluso officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, October 5, 2012 from 6 until 8 P. M. At other times the family will be at 4111 Woodberry Drive, Dothan, AL. Flowers will be accepted.
Mrs. Dworaczyk was born in Henry County Alabama on August 29, 1930, the daughter ofAlbert and Gracie Lee Metcalf. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother , Great grandmother and friend.
She was preceded in death by 8 sisters and 4 brothers.
Survivors include; Husband, Pete Dworaczyk, Pinckard; Children, Preston ( Frank ) Willis and wife, Mary of Dothan; Mildred Sizemore and husband Sonny of Taylor; Don Willis and wife Pat of Victorville, Ca; Linda Lancaster and husband Ed of Daleville and Johnny Willis and wife Rhonda of Dothan. One sister Pearl Metcalf Lassiter, Bristol, FL, 16 Grandchildren, 31 Great Grandchildren, Her beloved dog "Bridgett" and numerous nieces and nephews.
