After falling short of upsetting the 2nd ranked LSU Tigers, Auburn is looking to build on its defensive performance from Saturday.

When the game was over, Demetruce McNeal had some rough comments for the Tiger's 2011 defense.

"Last year we weren't coached very well. We weren't as smart as players as we are this year with a change on defense. Last year, we put on kind of a clown show, a lot of guys not doing their work and not doing their job. This year, we just detailed our work."

Against LSU, the defense was playing with speed and flying to the ball. The Tigers are looking to take this new found attitude and build on it for the rest of the season.

Despite the 1-3 start for Auburn, this team is not giving up.

Auburn is off this week, but next week the Arkansas Razorbacks come to town.
