More Hints About Big Jobs Coming To Dothan

Speaker Hubbard has his eye on Washington in November, but he is also focused on the Wiregrass.

He came to Dothan on Monday to rally republicans to get out and help elect Mitt Romney, but he also had some good news for people in Dothan who are out of work.

More jobs coming to the Wiregrass keeps coming up in conversation and Speaker Hubbard joined the long list of politicians talking about this possibility.

This conversation has many people asking what types of jobs are coming and Speaker Hubbard hinted at what could be the answer many are looking for.

"With an 8,000 foot runway, Fort Rucker and the aerospace areas nearby I can promise you the announcement is going to be good for this area." -Hubbard explained

Speaker Hubbard has been working side by side with Representative Paul Lee, who originally introduced this project to help bring more jobs to the Wiregrass and they could soon see their work come to fruition.

"We're hoping in just the next few days or weeks we're going to have a good announcement for the wiregrass." -anticipated Representative Paul Lee

Even with limited details, it was hard to miss the excitement on both Representative Lee and Speaker Hubbard's faces when they were discussing the details of the upcoming announcement.

Hopefully the rest of the Wiregrass will soon be able to join in on that excitement when the announcement is made.
