Six Cities Will Bid for 2015 Championship Game

By: Josh Rultenberg
Updated: September 24, 2012
To quicken the process of selecting a site for the 2015 National Title game, BCS Commissioners have limited to possible sites to 6.

The Orange Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Sugar Bowl, and the Rose bowl, along with the Chik-Fil-A Bowl and the Cotton Bowl, will be the only cities with a chance at hosting the big game.

The original plan was to have an open bid process, but due to the game being just 28 months away, commissioners chose to limit the bidding sites.
