Dothan Man Arrested On Burglary Charges

On September 22, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest after an investigation of a domestically motivated burglary.

Due to the sensitive nature of the case, limited details are being released however investigators say the suspect forced entry into a home in an effort to locate a woman with whom he had a relationship with.

Police say once inside the residence the suspect became disorderly damaging property and assaulting an adult male who was at the residence. Police say the suspect was located and arrested a short time later bringing the case to a close.

     David Pattie, white male, 30 years of age, of Nottingham Way was arrested and charged with First Degree Burglary with a $60,000 bond.
