Updated Information: Accused Kidnappers, Family Found In Ohio

Two accused kidnappers were arrested and an abducted teenaged girl and her siblings found safe Saturday at a home in Cincinatti, Ohio.

Charles Partin and his wife, Julie Bethke, had been on the run since Aileen Lander, Bethke's daughter, was snatched Monday from a doctor's office in Dothan.  Ailene had, a few days earlier, been removed from her home by social workers.  She was accompanied to the medical appointment by a representative of the Department of Human Resources.

Lander and her five siblings are reportedly "doing well," according to a person familiar with the investigation.  They have been taken to a place of "safe keeping" and will likely be returned to Alabama in the next few days.  It is believed a court order removing them from the care of Bethke and Partin was issued earlier this week but that could not be verified since juvenile court records are not available for public view.

It's not immediately clear at whose home the family was found.  However, Cincinnati is 35 miles from Partin's hometown of Falmouth, Kentucky, where he has family.  Some members of the Partin's family had been interviewed by investigators since the abduction.

The family is believed to have sought help Thursday from a church in San Augustine, TX.  It's not clear why they would go west to Texas then northeast to Ohio.

Partin is expected to remain in FBI custody since he faces federal charges while Bethke will likely be returned to Dothan since she faces state kidnapping charges. She would have to to be extradited though, because of the federal charge, Partin likely would not.
