Linda Clements Gibbs

Linda Clements Gibbs, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday September 19, 2012 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 68.
Funeral services for Mrs. Gibbs will be held at 10 AM Saturday, September 22, 2012 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Pastor Jerry Hood officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Enon Baptist Church Cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM Friday, September 21, 2012 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gibbs was born June 24, 1944 in Arab, Alabama to Almon and Alma Marie Norrell Clements. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved and cherished her time spent with her granddaughter, Ellisa and anticipated the arrival of Kennsley. Mrs. Gibbs also enjoyed her late afternoons sitting outside and watching the sun set.
Survivors include her husband, Ken Gibbs, Dothan; daughter, Tami Ware, Cottonwood; two granddaughters, Ellisa and Kennsley Woodham; brother, Jimmy Clements and his wife, Debbie, Arab, AL.
