Teen Reported Abducted From Doctor's Office At SAMC

Dothan Police have requested an Amber Alert be issued after a teenaged girl was reportedly abducted from a doctor's office at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. 

It is believed the girl is 15 years old..  A lookout has been issued for a light blue Nissan Quest van. 

The girl is believed to be 4-5 months pregnant.  The man, who is believed to be her stepfather, is reportedly wanted in Tennessee, according to police transmission.

The believed kidnapper is Charles Pariton (sp) who possibly resides in Clayton.  

A person who was working in the area of the abduction described the situation as "very tense" when the abduction took place.  The person could not be identified because they have been told not to speak publicly about it.
