Motorcyle Rider Critically Injured In West Main Accident

The rider of a motorcycle was critically injured Monday morning when his bike collided with a car on West Main Street in Dothan.

The accident happened at the intersection of West Main Street at Park Avenue shortly before 6:00 am. 

A trauma alert, which generally indicates serious injury, was issued by medical personnel who attended to the victim at the scene. 

Police radio traffic indicated the victim was 57 years old.
