Virginia Mae Roland

Mrs. Virginia Mae Roland of Dothan passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Flowers Hospital. She was 73.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Saturday, September 15, 2012, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jerry Harden officiating. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, September 14, 2012. Flowers will be accepted.
Mrs. Roland was a member of Madrid Assembly of God and she loved her church.
She loved flowers and
liked to work in her garden, but most of all she was a loving wife, mother, and
grandmother, who loved her family dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Addis Harrison and Cloe Powell Harrison, one sister and brother, and two grandchildren, Courtney Roland and Lacey Roland.
Survivors include her husband, Reginald Roland of Dothan; sons, Randy Roland and his wife, Deborah of Cowarts; Ronnie Roland of Dothan; grandchildren, Adam Roland, Stefanie Gingerich, Suzanne Hatcher, great-grandchildren, Christian Roland, Caleb Hall, Jake Hughes, Dylan Hatcher, and several nieces and nephews.
