Hippy Open House Planned For September 18

The Alfred Saliba Family Services Center's HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) program is holding an Open House to kick off the new curriculum year which begins October 1st. The Open House will be held at the HIPPY office in Commerce Plaza, 545 West Main Street, on September 18th, 2012 from 4:00-7:00pm. Come out and meet the HIPPY staff, see our facility, learn about the program, and register for the next curriculum cycle. This program provides educational support services to parents of 3 to 5 year-old children to better prepare these children for success in kindergarten by teaching early literacy and school readiness skills by the use of weekly home visits and group meetings. All services are provided at no cost to the enrolled families. This is open for anyone in the community to attend.For more information, contact HIPPY Coordinator Collins Trott at 334-792-6255.
