Wrestling legend Jerry Lawler, now an announcer, collapsed ringside during a W-W-E performance Monday night in Canada.

The 62-year-old, known as "The King", was taken into the locker room after he passed out.

He was given C-P-R before he was taken to the hospital.

During the televised program, Lawler's co-host explained to viewers that Lawler was breathing on his own at the emergency room and responding to tests.

Media outlets have since reported that Lawler suffered a heart attack.

Lawler made his name in wrestling in the 1970s and became famous in 19-82 for a bout with comedian Andy Kaufman.
