Lawrence Francis "Larry" Nolde

Lawrence Francis "Larry" Nolde, 73, of Dothan passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at his residence.

Memorial services will be 2 pm Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Sunset funeral Home with Pastor Will Siscel officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Southern Care Hospice, 2576 Montgomery Hwy. Suite 2, Dothan, AL, 36303.

Larry was born January 19, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He retired from the U.S. Civil Service having served for over 30 years in federal service as an Aircraft Maintenance Contractor and an Aircraft Equipment Specialist. He was preceded in death by his wives, Robbie Weaver Nolde and Maxine Baggott Nolde.

Survivors include a daughter Lori Malone of Ozark; a step-daughter Helene Barnes of Daleville; a grandson Eric Silavent of Ozark; a granddaughter Tera Silavent of Ozark; a brother Kenneth Nolde; several other family members and friends also survive.
