Biden Gaffes On The Campaign Trail

Vice President Joe Biden is getting attention on the campaign trail, but
that's not necessarily good for the Obama administration.
While speaking to a predominantly black crowd in Danville, Virginia, he said Mitt Romney's regulatory policies for Wall Street would quote- "put y'all back in chains."
The remark is drawing criticism from Republicans and some Democrats.
