Beat The Heat While Working Outside

Most of the Alabama has been under a heat advisory this week with the heat index in the triple digits.


Most of us can find some air conditioning to escape to, but there are many who have to work outside in the heat.

Construction workers working on the resurfacing project at Northview High School say they're taking lots of breaks and drinking plenty of fluids to keep cool.
