Searches Held Related To Missing Geneva Teen Shanna Peoples

The Geneva Police Department, Geneva County Sheriff's Office, Alabama Bureau of Investigation and the FBI with assistance from the Holmes County Sheriff's Department will search several locations this weekend.

The searches result from additional information that has been obtained in the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Shanna Jennelle Peoples.

Peoples, 19, of Geneva was last seen at her residence Sept. 8, 2011.

Additional information on the investigation will be released at a news conference at 10 a.m. Monday, July 23 at the Geneva County Courthouse.
