Technology is constantly evolving, providing both problems and solutions for law enforcement.

Sgt. Rachel David with the Dothan Police Department, said social medias, like Facebook, are great tools for law enforcement.

According to Sgt. David, posting suspects' pictures on the site can bring in helpful information.

"Someone may only have a partial name (of a suspect) or an approximate location. Even if it's a partial tip, that tip combined with someone else's partial tip will make the case," said Sgt. David.
