Change Of Command At Ft. Rucker

There was a change of command on Friday at Ft. Rucker.

Col. James A. Muskopf handed over the garrison command to Col. Stuart J. McRae, whose previous assignment was as U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence deputy director for the Capability Development and Integration Directorate at Fort Rucker.
