Enterprise Police Make Arrest In Supermarket Theft

Marc Garrett Posey 27, of Enterprise has been arrested and charged with one count of burglary in the second degree.

This morning at approximately 4:00 AM, officers with the Enterprise Police Department responded to the La Michoacanan Supermarket located in the 900 block of Ouida Street in response to a possible burglary in progress.

When officers arrived, they observed the rear door of the business had been forced open. Officers searched the building and discovered Posey hiding inside the business with store property in his possession.
