The 9-10 year old Dothan National Dixie Angels All-Star Team is headed to the state tournament this weekend in Eufaula, after finishing runner-up in the districts in Enterprise.

This summer, after practicing just a hand full of times, the squad has won 18 games in a three-week time span, en route to reaching the post-season.

The Angels will play Saturday morning against Colbert Heights at 10 a.m.
