Neighbors said the close knit community on east 8th court is reeling from this apparent murder-suicide that left three dead and a child there to witness it all.
"We knew that it was something really, really wrong and it was," recalled East 8th Court resident, Ray Masslieno.
Masslieno was in his front yard across the street from 907 East 8th Court when gun shots rang out.
"It was just tragic. It was the saddest thing I've ever experienced," said Masslieno.
He says soon after, his neighbor's young daughter fled the home hysterical.
"She came running to me for consolation and shelter and I provided that for her and I called the police. They came very, very fast," said Masslieno.
Police arrived on scene shortly after ten pm.
"Upon the officers arrival, they entered to find three persons deceased inside the residence," said PCPD Deputy Chief Scott Ervin in a press conference Tuesday night.
Officers found 43 year old Angelina Brunson and her 83 year old aunt, Mary Richardson, dead in separate rooms of the home they shared together along with Brunson's daughter.
Also found was the child's father, Marco Bostwick, who lived in a home close by and was in a relationship with Brunson.
Detectives believe Bostwick shot and killed Brunson and Richardson before turning the gun on himself.
Wednesday, a heavy rain drenched east 8th court. Neighbor, Ray Masslieno looked out at a house that sits silent. A house now empty that was once called a home.
"It was hard to come outside this morning and see the car parked there in the garage and know that it's not going to move. That family has been there all of my life," said Masslieno.
For now, the neighbors on this street say they can only ask for prayers and strength as they pick up the pieces.
"At this time we really need it," said Masslieno.
Police say that child was physically unharmed and she is now with family.
Autopsies to determine cause of death will be performed Thursday by the Medical Examiner.
