Homer Floyd

Homer Floyd, formerly of Cottonwood, died Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Signature Healthcare of North Florida in Graceville. He was 88.
Funeral services for Mr. Floyd will be held at 3 PM Monday, July 2, 2012 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Rev. Jerry Harden officiating. Burial will follow in Beulah Church cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Floyd was born February 20, 1924 in Houston County to Willie Frank and Mattie Guilford Floyd.
Survivors include two sons and daughters in law, Bill and Polly Floyd, Madrid, Milton and Peggy Floyd, Dothan; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, a brother and two sisters.
