On June 20, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash on private property located in the 2800 block of Ross Clark Circle.

When police arrived on scene they discovered the crash was not an accident. Investigators say David Green drove to the business and intentionally crashed into an unoccupied vehicle which belonged to his girlfriend.

The impact of the collision pushed the victim's vehicle into a second car also parked in the lot causing extensive damage to both victims' vehicles. Green has now been arrested and charged with two felonies bringing the case to a close.

David Green, white male, 47 years of age, of Reid Street was arrested and charged with two counts of First Degree Criminal Mischief with bonds totaling $5,000.
