Alabama Set to Host Michigan at Super Regional on Thursday

TUSCALOOSA, Ala.- The dates and game times for the Tuscaloosa Super Regional were announced Monday morning by the NCAA. The second nationally seeded Alabama Crimson Tide (53-7) will welcome the Michigan Wolverines (42-15) for a three game series that will be played on Thursday, May 24 and Friday, May 25, at Rhoads Stadium.

The three game series will determine who makes the field of eight at the Women's College World Series. The series opener on Thursday will begin at 7 p.m., and will air on ESPN2. Friday will start at 3:30 p.m., on ESPNU and the if necessary game is set for 6 p.m., and will be shown on ESPN2.

Alabama is hosting its fifth straight Super Regional and is looking to make its eighth trip to the WCWS. The Tide has finished its season in Oklahoma City three out of the last four years.
