Marian Jimmie Woods, age 90, went home to be with her Heavenly Father, May 13, 2012.
She received her undergraduate and Masters Degree in Music from Bob Jones University. She was an accomplished Violinist who performed with the Chattanooga and Washington, DC Symphony's. She also taught music in the Dothan City Schools for many years.
She is survived by her sister, Judith Locklier of Roswell, GA; nephews, Randy, Rich, and Bob Locklier, grand nieces and nephews, cousins, and a special cousin, Virginia Hallford.
A private graveside service will be held at Memory Hill Cemetery with the Reverend Tom Anderson officiating.
