Student Falls, Seriously Injured At Enterprise Stadium

A student at Enterprise High School was seriously injured Friday after when she fell from the stadium bleachers. 

Sgt. Steve Russell of Enterprise Police and Dr. Aaron Milner, school superintendent, both confirmed the fall in conversations with WDHN's Megan Hunter.  Russell said the girl's injuries are "serious" but she was conscious and talking when paramedics arrived.  It's not immediately clear what caused the fall.

The student, whose named has not been released, was taken by Flatiron helicopter to an area hospital.
