Mr. Craig Steven Barnes of Geneva, Alabama passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012. He was 50.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Huey Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, April 13, from 6 until 8 p.m.
Craig was born October 4, 1961, in Geneva County, Alabama to the late Charles Junior and Hazel Christine Wiggins Barnes. He served six years in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife Teresa Harrell Barnes, Geneva; two daughters: Allison and Melissa Barnes; one son, Keith Barnes, all of Andalusia; two step-sons: Charles Wesley Davis, Coffee Springs, Christopher Wayne Sellers (Rebecca), Geneva; three brothers: Chris Barnes, Geneva, Bobby Barnes (Jackie), Randy Barnes (Cathy), all of Eunola; mother and father-in-law: Bob and Lanette Harrell, Hartford; other extended family and friends.
