Dothan PD Arrest Three On Drug Charges

On March 30, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft in progress at a residence located in the 2400 block of Hodgesville Road.

Police were notified by two people who witnessed the incident and stated three subjects were attempting to remove the property. Responding officers arrived and detained Timothy Chesser, Kelley Bush and David Ghea who were on the property attempting to load aluminum, ground rods, miscellaneous amounts of scrap metal and air conditioner motors into their vehicle.

All three suspects were arrested and charged with theft.

 

     Timothy Chesser, white male, 40 years of age, of West Saunders Road was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property with a $10,000 bond.

     Kelley Bush, white female, 44 years of age, of West Saunders Road was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property with a $10,000 bond.

     David Ghea, white male, 28 years of age, of Daleville, Alabama was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property with a $10,000 bond.
