Prosecutors Close Lance Armstrong Investigation

Federal prosecutors say the criminal investigation of Lance Armstrong and his alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs has been closed.

Investigators looked into whether a doping program was created to help Armstrong and his teammates in an illegal manner but no evidence was found.
