If you want to add a home office and some extra telephone lines or cable outlets after your home is built, you could end up spending thousands of dollars. But with a little planning when you are building a new home, you can wire your house to keep pace with the technologies of today and the next generation.
It may be hard to tell from the outside, but the wiring
inside many homes these days is designed to a 1950's standard. That means these homes are built for the days before people had more than one TV. Before there were home computers. Before there was an Internet. Before cable and satellite.
In today's Information Age, technology brings to the home unparalleled options for entertainment, education, and communication. However, to enjoy these benefits, the wiring in your house must be technology ready.
To bring your home up to the speed of your technology you need a Home Networking Foundation.
Home Director makes this possible with the Home Network Connection Center. With an advanced wiring foundation in place, you can add on new home applications like home management, Internet sharing and more!
