Dothan PD Makes Breaking And Entering Arrest

On May 29, 2011 the Dothan Police Department responded to breaking and entering at Toys R Us. Upon arrival, the person reporting told officers he witnessed the suspect breaking into a vehicle in the parking lot. He stated the suspect was inside the front of the car and opened the back door, setting off the car alarm at which time he ran to his vehicle and drove away.

A vehicle description was given to all officers and an alert patrolman located the suspect driving on Denton Road. Evidence of the crime was collected from his vehicle and the witness additionally confirmed the man in custody was the suspect he observed committing the crime.

     Charles Deason, white male, 19 years of age, of Fairfield Drive was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering a Vehicle with a $15,000 bond.
