Attorneys for indicted casino owner Milton McGregor go before a judge Friday.
McGregor's attorney Joe Espy filed motions that relate to a three day wire tap hearing held earlier this month.
Defense attorneys in the bingo bribery case want FBI wiretap recordings thrown out.
They claim the FBI did not follow its own rules when tapping the phones of McGregor and fellow casino owner Ronnie Gilley.
Espy would not go into details about what those motions are.
He says they are under seal.
