The process of removing the current games started Wednesday afternoon. It's part of an agreement between the manufactures and the state attorney general's office.
Country Crossing plans to bring in new games-- something they were planning before the attorney general's announcement. That's leaving some people asking if Country Crossing is admitting their original games are illegal.
"What we are trying to do in bring in a machine that they can not misconstrue as illegal,"Country Crossing attorney Will Matthews said.
Mathews says the original games were never ruled illegal in court. He says they hope to have new machines installed in the next several weeks. After that they hope to have the attorney general certify them as legal.
