Trial Date Set for Former District Judge John Steenland

Former District Judge John Steensland will go to trial March 2nd. He's accused of 60 ethics violations.

Steensland wanted a delay in the trial but the Alabama Court of the Judiciary denied his request. The trial is set for next week in Montgomery... so far, 20 witnesses have been subpoenaed.

Steensland retired from the bench in Houston County last year.
