A car crash ends in jail time for two Marianna men.

Marianna police say Terrance Lee Conway was driving when he crashed into a light pole in front of the Ford dealership Saturday night.

Police discovered that the passenger, Dusty Lee Vickery, had an active violation of probation warrant out for his arrest.  When Vickery was taken to the hospital after the crash, E.R. discovered he had 2 syringes that were filled with liquid methamphetamine.  Vickery also had several xanax pills in his possession.

Conway was charged with violation of probation because he missed his curfew.

Both men were released from the hospital with minor injuries and taken to jail.
