This morning Gabe Watson responded to charges that he killed his wife, Tina Watson, during their Australian honeymoon.

Watson pled not guilty during his arraignment on capital murder charges Monday morning.

His attorney, Brett Bloomston, requested a gag order but Circuit Court Judge Tommy Nail rejected it.

Bloomston also argues that Watson's death was an accident and will request the charges will be dismissed.

Watson spent 18-months in an Australian prison after being convicted of manslaughter.

He was brought-back to Alabama and was charged-with capital murder.

Watson's trial date has been set for May 23rd.
