Navarre Man Arrested In DeFuniak Springs For Trafficking Oxycodone

Toby Joe Hill, W/M DOB 03/04/1980, of Navarre, Florida, was arrested on January 7th 2011, by Patrol Officers with the DeFuniak Springs Police. Officers were responding to a call of a disturbance at a local fast food restaurant when contact with Toby Hill was made.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Hill had an active arrest warrant out of a neighboring jurisdiction. During the arrest of Hill for the outstanding warrant, officers on scene located over 100 Oxycodone (Oxycontin) pills in Hill’s possession. Also located were Dilaudid (Hydromorphone), Xanax (Alprazolam) pills and approximately $2000.00 in cash

Hill was transported to the Walton County Jail and charged with Trafficking in Oxycodone and Hydromorphone. The investigation is on-going and no further information is being released at this time.
