By: Stephen Crews
Updated: December 28, 2010
The family of an E.M.T. from Morgan county has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

Laura Pullam was struck by a pick-up truck on December 15, while she was working a wreck in Interstate 65 in Montgomery county.

The suit was filed by Pullam’s mother on behalf of Laura’s 11-month-old daughter.  It alleges the truck driver was driving too fast for the icy road conditions and failed to slow for emergency vehicles on the highway.
