Indicted casino owner Milton McGregor was told by a federal judge that he could leave Alabama to watch Auburn University and the University of Oregon play for the national football championship in Glendale, Ariz.

McGregor's lawyer, Joe Espy, said Monday the requirements of McGregor's bond include getting approval to leave the state. He said McGregor is a big Auburn supporter and he received permission Friday from U.S. Magistrate Judge Terry Moorer to leave the state for 72 hours to see the game on Jan. 10.
